Our chefs start in the early morning each day taking the utmost pride and care in preparation for your arrival, to provide the most intimate and luxurious dining experience at Shibui. We hope our guests can appreciate this by respecting our booking times and policies, as the course cannot begin without all the guests seated, to prevent any interruptions during the dining experience and to prevent any unnecessary rush. It is for this reason also, that we must lock the doors 30 minutes after the booking time. We eagerly await your visit to Shibui and look forward to offering a memorable experience.

In keeping with the guidelines set out in order to counter the Covid 19 crisis, we will be:
– Limiting our numbers at the counter to ensure there will be adequate seat distance between groups.

– Making sure washroom is continuously sanitised throughout and making sure anti-viral sanitiser is readily available.

– Using appropriate PPE to avoid any possible transmission of covid 19.

– Forming a 2m queing system for arriving guests to avoid any congestion in our hallway.

– Performing a biofogging of the premises prior to opening to ensure we are doing the utmost of keeping surfaces sterile.

– Making the private room available for all guests to reserve.

– Sending our guidelines and drinks menu along with the confirmation email, to avoid any unnecessary contact with objects.
